Bureaucratic Nightmare

I can't help but LOVE this story. It reminds me of my own place of employment.... you know, the same way that the movie "Office Space" does.

I can see how this could happen too (except that whoever is in charge of projecting the revenue for the city based on property taxes should have noticed the $4,000,000 "outlier" house and done a little follow up on that since it looks like a non-million dollar neighborhood).
