Freezing Herbs

A friend shared this and I can't WAIT to try it for myself!

Chop the herb, roll it into a log using bleach-free parchment paper and put that in an air tight bag. The point of preserving it this way, in this shape is so that you can slice pats of herb off like butter, or freezer cookies. You get just what you need and it's still super fragrant and flavorful.
